Autumn Muffins in BU Curcuma cellar by Espace Thé

Autumn muffins with Chai Curcuma  tea

 Ingredients:

-1 cup of pumpkin puree
- 1 cup of butter
- 1/2 cup of honey
- 1 3/4 unbleached white flour
-1/2 cane sugar
 - 1/4 cup of milk of your choice
 - 5 tbsp. turmeric chai tea infused in milk
 - 1/2 tsp. salt
 - 1 C. baking soda
 - 1 C. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
 - 1 C. cinnamon
 - 1 C. 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
 - 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
 - 1/2 tsp. cloves
 - 5 tbsp. pumpkin seeds

 Preperation:

 - Mix the dry ingredients with the liquid ingredients then place the preparation in the muffin cups and cook for 20 minutes at 350 * Garnished with pumpkin seeds before cooking.
