Chocolate mousse flavored with chai tea

Ingrédients:

350 g silky tofu (300 mL)


200 g dark chocolate or your favorite vegan chocolate


1 C. at t. of tea chai with turmeric of Bu


Step 1: Infuse the tea


1- For 7 minutes, steep a c. at t. black tea chai turmeric in water at the indicated temperature.

2- Meanwhile, gently melt your chocolate in a bowl.

3- Drain the silky tofu and mix with 50 mL of the infused tea.

4- Using a whisk or food processor, mix tofu and chocolate.

5- Place the foam mixture in ramekins. Refrigerate two hours before eating. (The longer you wait, the better the foam will be.)


6- Taste !!!
