Earl Grey Martini by BU Espace Thé
Receipe
-2 ounces of Gin (We suggest Bombay Saphire)
-2 teaspoons of Organic Earl Gray BU by Espace Thé
-1/2 oz of freshly squeezed lemon juice
-1/2 Single Syrup Ounce * see recipe below
-Zest of orange to decorate and for the taste
Preparation
-Macrate for 60 minutes the tea in 2 ounces of gin
In a cocktail mixer:
-Add simple syrup and lemon juice
-Gin macerate (without tea)
-Add a lot of ice
-Brew for 30 seconds
-Serve in a martini glass
-Add the lemon zest
* Mix 1/2 cup of sugar with 1/2 cup of water. Boil until everything is dissolved. Once cooled, keep refrigerated.
